Starting point / motivation
The main objective of the subproject demoproject (SP4) is to practically implement the foregoing development in the field of active and passive façade and building service modules and to evaluate and test them in a demonstration project in Kapfenberg.
The combination of prefabricated façade and building service modules as a possible future oriented renovation technique has not yet been tested in a real case study in Austria.

Hauptziel des Subprojektes Demoprojekt (SP4) ist es, die vorhergehenden Entwicklungen im Bereich der aktiven und passiven Fassadenmodule und Haustechnikmodule in der Praxis in einem Demonstrationsvorhaben in Kapfenberg umzusetzen und zu erproben.
Die Kombination von vorgefertigten Fassaden- und Haustechnikmodulen an einem Praxisbeispiel als zukunftsweisende Sanierungsmöglichkeit (Leuchtturmprojekt) ist derzeit in Österreich noch nicht umgesetzt.
