Ein Rahmen für einen beratenden Dialog ( Consultative Dialogue Framework – CDF ) wurde eingerichtet, um den Dialog zwischen Privatwirtschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und der EAC zu fördern.
Das Programm konzentriert sich zurzeit auf folgende Maßnahmen zur Einführung des CDF:
Aufbau themenspezifischer Dialogplattformen, die in den Ostafrikanischen Rat für Wirtschaft (EABC) und das Organisationsforum der ostafrikanischen Zivilgesellschaft (EACSOF) integriert sind, damit die Interessen von Privatwirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft vertreten werden
