www.julius-hoesch.deZur Ausführung dieses Prozesses werden drei HPLC-Pumpen in der Differential Dynamic Scale Loop verwendet.
Sie mischen zwei Lösungen (anionisch und kationisch) mit einer dritten Flüssigkeit, die eine bekannte Konzentration des zu testenden Inhibitors enthält und pumpen diese durch eine temperierte Modellpipeline.
Die Inhibitorkonzentration wird dabei automatisch schrittweise gesenkt, durch ein Ansteigen des Drucks - Differenzdruckmessung - wird der Beginn der Ablagerung angezeigt (Tube blocking).
