Zwischen 1999 und 2001 wurden die Gruppenfreistellungsverordnung ( Block exemption regulation ), die Leitlinien für vertikale Beschränkungen ( Guidlines on Vertical Restraints ) und die Bagatellbekanntmachungen ( de minimis notice ) der Europäschen Kommission veröffentlicht.
