Seine Projekterfahrung erstreckt sich von klassischen Wachstumsstrategien, Transformationen, Post-Merger-Integrationen bis zur Definition und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Restrukturierungs- und Cost-Cutting-Programmen. 2005 übernahm er als Prokurist operative Verantwortung bei der Vattenfall Europe AG und wurde 2008 zum kaufmännischen Geschäftsführer der Vattenfall Europe Netzservice GmbH bestellt.
Er war maßgeblich an der operativen und kaufmännischen Integration der ehemaligen HEW und Bewag Netze sowie an der regulierungskonformen Reorganisation des Vattenfall Verteilnetzes beteiligt.
