Kernstück des Ausbaus am AK Neufahrn ist eine zweispurige Überführung, der sogenannte „Overfly“ über die stark frequentierte Autobahn A9, die den Verkehr aus Richtung Flughafen kommend auf die A9 Richtung Süden einführt.
Die Überführung führt in einer Höhe von bis zu 15 m über das Autobahnkreuz und besteht aus drei Spannbeton- Brücken.

The center piece of the extension of the Neufahrn interchange is an elevated, two-lane crossing that leads across the very busy A9 highway, guiding traffic from the east and the airport in the southerly direction onto the A9.
The crossing consists of three reinforced concrete bridges at a height of up to 15m over the interchange.
