Jedes Transition Piece wiegt circa 300 t. Walney löst bei seiner Eröffnung den englischen Windpark Thanet als leistungsstärksten Offshore-Windpark ab , für den Dillinger Hütte GTS ebenfalls ca. 46.300 t Bleche für die Monopiles geliefert hat .
