Verdict wurde 1991 gegründet und spielte bis ca. 1997 technisch, melodisch angehauchten Death Metal.
Die Band hatte über die Jahre mit zahlreichen Besetzungswechseln zu kämpfen, der Stil tendierte mit der Zeit mehr und mehr in Richtung Thrash Metal.
