In 1920, the buildings were bought by the preparatory committee for the “ First Czech Flax Mill ”.
Despite the strong competition represented by a cartel of German spinning mills, the plant continued its extensive growth, having been completed by its own flax scutching mill and hackling room, and also a finishing shop, dyeing house and confection.
After World War II, the plant was nationalized and affiliated with the national enterprise in Lomnice.

Ohne Rücksicht auf den großen Wettbewerb der deutschen Spinnereien wurde der Betrieb erweitert.Zunächst um eine Hechelmaschine, später um Vorwerk, Färberei und Konfektion.
Nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg kam es zur Betriebsverstaatlichung und zum Anschluss an den Nationalbetrieb in Lomnice.
