Im Gegensatz zum funktionsbedingt deutlich höheren Arbeitsaufwand des Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden weicht der Arbeitsaufwand des stellvertretenden Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden nicht maßgeblich vom Arbeitsaufwand der übrigen Aufsichtsratsmitglieder ab.
Daher findet zukünftig der stellvertretende Aufsichtsratsvorsitz im Rahmen der Aufsichtsratsvergütung auch keine gesonderte Berücksichtigung.
