Entschädigungsklage gegen Daimler und Rheinmetall wegen Förderung der Apartheidsverbrechen
3. Juni 2013 - Das ECCHR unterstützt die Entschädigungsklagen südafrikanischer Opfer des Apartheidregimes gegen acht europäische und US-amerikanische Unternehmen in den USA.
In dem sogenannten Apartheid-Klage-Verfahren ( In re South African Apartheid Litigation ) machen Betroffene des südafrikanischen Apartheidregimes Schadensersatzansprüche gegen acht US-amerikanische, europäische und deutsche Unternehmen geltend.

10 July 2013 - ECCHR is supporting the lawsuit filed in the US by South African victims of the apartheid regime against eight European and US corporations.
The plaintiffs in the proceedings ( In re South African Apartheid Litigation ) are victims of the South African apartheid regime who are suing eight corporations from the US, Europe and Germany.
