Dem Arbeitsausschuss obliegt es, durch ständige Fühlungnahme mit dem Vorstand eine geeignete Grundlage zur Überwachung der Geschäftsführung des Vorstandes zu schaffen.
In seinen Wirkungskreis fallen nicht nur vorbereitende sondern auch entscheidende Befugnisse.

(1) The Working Committee, by means of ongoing contact with the Management Board, shall be responsible for creating a suitable basis for the monitoring of the Management Board’s conduct of business.
