Wirkung – Was bisher erreicht wurde Alleine durch die Ausstattung dieser einen Anlage ( jährliche Produktionskapazität von 4.320 Tonnen Dämmstoffplatten ) mit der klimafreundlichen CO2-Technologie lassen sich jährlich Treibhausgas-Emissionen im Umfang von circa 1,6 Millionen Tonnen CO2-Äquivalent vermeiden.
Die Erfahrungen aus diesem Projekt veranlasste das MEP, die CO2-Technologie für die Umstellung dieses Industriesektors in China auszuwählen.
