Im Rahmen eines Servicevertrages hat die Niederlassung in Spanien im April 2011 den Unterhalt des Pipelinenetzes der CLH übernommen.
Der Vertrag umfasst u. a. den Austausch beschädigter Pipeline-Abschnitte, Reparaturen oder die Ausführung von kleineren neuen Pipeline-Sektionen. CLH betreibt in Spanien ein Öl-Pipelinenetz von mehr al 4.000 km sowie Speicheranlagen für Rohölprodukte.
