FACS
Die Core Facility FACS verfügt über vier Zellsortierer, die mit bis zu fünf Lasern ausgestattet sind und die hochgradige Aufreinigung auch seltener Zellpopulationen erlauben.

Dazu stehen moderne Geräte, 7 Analysegeräte und 4 Zellsortierer, sowie verschiedene Softwaremodule zur Verfügung.
Außerdem ist die Durchflusszytometrie Serviceeinheit an der Aus- und Fortbildung der DKFZ-Mitarbeiter und Doktoranden beteiligt.

The core facility flow cytometry is equipped with 7 instruments for analysing, 4 cell sorters and various software modules to process and toanalysethe samples.
Upon request, we will help you plan, perform and interpret your FACS ® ( fluorescence activated cell sorting ) and cell sorting experiments.

Für Zellsortierungen und Messungen steht ein FACSAria Zellsortierer mit 3 Lasern ( 375 nm, 488 nm, 633 nm ) und 9 Fluoreszenzdetektoren zur Verfügung.
Bis zu vier Subpopulationen können gleichzeitig aufgereinigt werden.

Up to four subpopulations can be sorted at one time.
