Mit dieser Vorstandsbenennung setzt der Aufsichtsrat den Beschluss der Gesellschafterin ( Bundesrepublik Deutschland ) vom 13. Dezember 2010 um, den Vorstand auf fünf Mitglieder zu reduzieren und eine Frauenquote im Vorstand von 40 % umzusetzen.
Der neue Vorstand wird zum 1. Juli 2012 seine Arbeit aufnehmen.

In making these appointments, the Supervisory Board is implementing the resolution adopted by the shareholder ( the Federal Republic of Germany ) on 13 December 2010 to reduce the size of the Management Board to five, of whom at least two are women.
The new Board takes office on 1July 2012.
