Die langjährige GCB-Mitarbeiterin hat in den vergangenen Jahren bei den zentralen Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen des GCB aktiv mitgewirkt, darunter die Beantragung und inhaltliche Entwicklung der Seminare zum Nachhaltigkeitsberater, die das GCB gemeinsam mit der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt ( DBU ) anbietet, die Green Globe-Zertifizierung des GCB sowie die nachhaltige Ausrichtung des Deutschlandstandes auf der Imex 2013.
In ihrer Funktion soll Christine Koch vor allem das Engagement der Marketingorganisation in allen Bereichen der Nachhaltigkeit - Ökonomie , Ökologie und Soziales - weiter verstärken .
