We invested considerable time in optimising sample preparation, beamline equipment and imaging parameters so that we could minimise artefacts and produce tomograms of good contrast and high signal: noise.
This process will then be repeated for numerous different electrode configurations and finally result in a two-dimensional tomogram according to the image reconstruction algorithms incorporated.
