The preference shares diluted their interest such that they fell below 5% of the ordinary share capital of the company, whilst retaining 5% voting rights.
They also approved an increase in the brokerage's authorised capital from 1.5664 billion to 1.8164 billion ordinary share units to facilitate the acquisition.
